Evolution of technology management system based on self-organization theory

Industrial and academic interest in how to effectively manage technology resources is increasing as it becomes more important. Effective managing of depends on management system, thus understanding such system evolves an ongoing research topic. Based the self-organization theory, this paper constructs evolution model system. The simulation results show that each subsystem affected by knowledge growth rate its own, also coupling synergy relationship with other subsystems. Moreover, can make speed higher than itself.
